01 Commercial Eligibility

Trade relations are only established with entities holding a valid Drug License (Form 20, 21) and a registered GSTIN. Valid copies of these credentials must be provided for our regulatory records prior to account activation and initial billing.

02 Quality & Sourcing

We certify that 100% of our portfolio is sourced from WHO-GMP certified facilities. While Meritorious Pharmaceuticals manages the marketing and pipeline, clinical efficacy and stability data are supported by the manufacturing site's Certificate of Analysis (COA).

03 Pricing & Compliance

All product pricing (PTR/PTS/MRP) adheres to NPPA (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) guidelines. Prices are subject to revision based on raw material fluctuations. Applicable GST is charged as per government norms at the time of invoice generation.

04 Storage & Logistics

Stockists must maintain specified storage temperatures (Cold Chain or Cool/Dry place) as indicated on packaging. Meritorious Pharmaceuticals is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage conditions post-delivery.

05 Jurisdiction

In the event of any commercial dispute or legal claim, the courts at Gurugram (Haryana) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all proceedings concerning Meritorious Pharmaceuticals.
